Sotai 2: Organized Crime Unit vs. Anti-Social Forces

A yakuza movie starring Koji Matoba, depicting the lives of men left behind in the times. In the Ryuan-gumi, which is based in Yokohama, drug business was prohibited by the leader Engetsu. One day, in order to protect leader's teachings, Mouri of the Ryuan-gumi assassinates the leader of the Yamagami group, a hostile organization that trades drugs. This causes a conflict with the neutrals in the Ryuan-gumi. During this turbulent time, the leader Engetsu asks Mouri to take care of his son Saiga and guide him on the path to becoming a yakuza.

Himuro is arrested on suspicion of assault. To prove his innocence, members of the Yamazaki Ichimon scramble to locate Ito—the older man Himuro once helped (Hiroo Otaka), who could serve as a key witness. Meanwhile, Tamura visits a certain hospital, where he is suddenly attacked by a man. After a fierce struggle, Tamura is arrested by police who rush to the scene. With the Kyowakai cornered and both Himuro and Tamura in jeopardy, the Yamazaki Ichimon splits up to continue their desperate search. Their efforts eventually lead them to Naomi (Saki Kiyoi), the daughter of Ito. As the investigation progresses, it becomes clear that the incident is tied to a gold smuggling operation. Just as the truth begins to surface, Naomi is kidnapped by the smugglers. The shocking mastermind behind the smuggling ring turns out to be an international spy organization. Can the Yamazaki Ichimon rescue Naomi—and clear both Himuro and Tamura of all charges?!

Barely scraping by making an honest living as a rural yakuza, Hachiya (Yasukaze Motomiya) dreams of the City of Flowers. Unable to conceal their growing frustration at their everyday lives, he and his partner, Sagane (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi), choose to pursue their own paths as yakuza, hiding a new major source of income from the family. Police officer Tanihara goes undercover and infiltrates the inner circle of a yakuza organization. Gaining the favor of the cold yet principled gangster Kanzaki, he begins to rise in the underworld. However, as time passes, Tanihara is torn between his duty as a cop and the loyalty he feels toward Kanzaki and the organization.

One late night, a masked trio breaks into a house in a wealthy residential area, carefully choosing a time when no one’s home. But just as they’re searching for valuables, the couple—who were supposed to be away on a trip—suddenly returns. Panicking, the robbers make a run for it toward their car. Just then, another vehicle happens to pass nearby…

Fukami is a high school janitor whose father was a gangster. He works at the school as a janitor instead of belonging to the gang so he can watch out for Yui, the daughter of his deceased father's brother Majima Yoshiki. One day, a gang feud erupts and Yoshiki is killed. Yui becomes the next target.

After a successful robbery, three thieves get notice by some gangsters, while all at the same time accidentally releasing a chemical that brings the dead back to life. They must team up if they want a chance to survive the night.

Tatsumi, the third head of the Togo clan, recalls Wanibuchi Ichizo (Motomiya Yasukaze), the young head of the Makikawa clan, who was known as the "bare handed" Emperor. Wanibuchi attracted many young people with his overwhelming charisma and the strength of his fighting skills. Mr. Makikawa wanted to give such young people a cup and expand his power. One day, however, Wanibuchi defeats the members of the Yamato clan, Japan's largest organization, with his bare knuckles, and the Makigawa clan is in danger of survival.

Ryūmonji Seigō (Hitoshi Ozawa), leader of the Ryūmonji Clan and known as "The Immortal Dragon," leads a double life as "Hide-san," the humble master of a small café. Despite his fearsome reputation, he upholds the yakuza code of honor, solving troubles with his own hands. When Detective Kakuta (Hiroyuki Watanabe) tells him about scams targeting the elderly, Seigō orders an investigation, uncovering that someone within his clan is involved, along with illegal drug trades. “The Ryūmonji Clan must remain noble thieves—protecting the weak.” As his dragon tattoo comes alive, the legendary yakuza takes on modern-day evils!

Nabeshima (Noboru Kaneko), an assistant underboss of the Hanzawa-gumi Otsuru Family, is summoned by headquarters to a certain location. Gathered there are five elite members from the Hanzawa-gumi. Then appears Oshitari (Hitoshi Ozawa), the underboss of the Hanzawa-gumi himself. His order is simple— “Assassinate Kanemaru, the boss of the Kamui Family… the Don of Heisei Japan!”

Final film in the '任侠哀歌' trilogy. Kurosaki Ken (Namioka Kazuki) has now lost both parents to the machinations of the Kiryu Clan and his fire for vengeance hits its peak. However, the chairman of the Kiryu Clan, Kijima (Watanabe Hiroyuki), is revealed to have been both a close friend of Ken's father Hiroshi ... and Ken's own biological father. Kijima challenges Ken to a one-on-one duel and allow his son an honourable vengeance, but the Kiryu Clan's captain, Sagawa (Motomiya Yasukaze) interferes to protect Chairman Kijima and shoots Ken in the leg, ending the fight in a draw. Unable to move and but needing to further his plan to dismantle the Kiryu Clan, Ken beseeches his friend Daisuke (Isaka Tatsuya) to visit a certain person: Ishibashi (Sugata Shun), a detective who had been circling around the wild Sagawa. Realising their goals are aligned, Ishibashi shares a vital secret that may finally end Sagawa's rampant violence ...

However, a drug deal within the family is exposed, and Ryūmonji works to resolve it. As he investigates, more problems within the organization arise. “The Ryūmonji Clan must remain noble thieves—protecting the weak.” As his dragon tattoo comes alive, the legendary yakuza takes on modern-day evils!

Sakamoto Toshiya (Kawahara Hideyuki), a young assistant head of the Yamashinkai, is imprisoned himself after his partner is killed in a feud with the Takahara family. When Sakamoto was released from prison eight years later and returned to the Yamashinkai, the organization was already under the control of the Takahara family and was involved in the sale of shabu, which was a taboo practice. Sakamoto tries to rebuild the organization with Yamahashi and his subordinate, Asada, but the Takahara family spots him and the chairman, Hirano, excommunicates him.
