A racist corporation is looking to expand its territories of domination and for that it needs to destroy the Yakuza mafia. It is then that a transgender woman suddenly appears willing to defend the Yakuza tradition.

The trail leads to Sanko-kai, a Kansai syndicate forming ties with a Korean underworld led by Myojin Akinari (Noboru Kaneko), brother of Washio’s old rival. Sanko-kai’s boss Onizuka (Hiroshi Fuse), who holds a grudge against Washio, launches a political and violent offensive. As Tendokai fights back to reclaim the casino rights, tragedy strikes—Okita (Yasukaze Motomiya) is targeted. Japan’s largest underworld war erupts again—what awaits at the end?

Nasu Kano, known as Nu, has a developmental disability. As soon as she was born, her mother abandoned her in a coin locker. One day, Nu meets Kazuma Kurosako, who has just been released from prison and was attempting to make money by selling substances near Nu's coin locker. Kurosako gradually become interested in Nu and began posting Nu's paintings on social media on a whim. When Kurosako is contacted by a famous overseas artist interested in buying a painting of Nu's, he initially wants to sell it for a high price for his own profit. As he spends more time with pure-hearted Nu, Kurosako gains a more selfless conscious. All of a sudden, Nu collapses from leukemia.

Akira Kiyota (Ryusuke Nakamura), an ordinary salesman with poor performance and heavy consumer-loan debt, feels crushed by the harshness of reality—far from his wild days as a former biker gang leader. One night, while entertaining clients at a club, Kiyota loses his temper and punches a customer. The club happens to be protected by his high school classmate Kenji Hosokawa (Sho Ikushima). Kenji knocks out the rampaging Kiyota with an ashtray. When Kiyota wakes up, he finds himself in Kenji’s office. Kenji invites him into his yakuza group, telling him this might be his one chance to turn his life around…

To celebrate his 30th acting anniversary, Kōji Matoba stars as Seiji Oda, the fiercest member of Tendokai, who joins the organization under Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa). In 2011, Tendokai dominates Kanto, while the rising Santōkai threatens them. Meanwhile, in Yokohama, Seiji Oda forms a rogue group, Oda Dōshi-kai, and violently protects his turf, clashing with Jinseikai. As Tendokai's Vice-Head Ryuji Kondo retires, Keiji Oda (Seiji's brother) is tasked with calming the tensions between the two groups, leading to a reunion between the Oda brothers.

Kiyota Akira (Ryusuke Nakamura) and his former classmate Kenji Hosokawa (Sho Ikushima) begin making money using boat-race betting tricks. Kiyota eventually becomes favored by Yamazaki (Taketarino Yamaguchi) and surpasses Kenji’s results, causing resentment to build within Kenji. Ignoring Kiyota’s warnings, Kenji breaks the strict rules of their boat-race scheme in an attempt to earn big on his own—marking the beginning of his downfall. As his funds dry up, Kenji plans to rob the office of Fujiyoshi (Shinra Manzo), the group’s treasurer. He thinks he can get away with it—but…
