Honto ni Atta! Noroi no Video: Special 3

11th entry in the popular "Honto ni Atta. Noroi no Video" series.

The Air-Conditioning System (1997) introduces us to a young man in his flat, and the ways of communication with his girlfriend. The sky is blue and skirts are put on the balcony for drying. The wind will carry everything away, just like the noise and music or the porn we watch with him later on TV (he prefers to look at western blonde women). What will happen when the young woman in her flat will have found out soon that he is looking at her (and listening to her) via the air-conditioning system?

Machida, an aspiring filmmaker, heads to the room of a stranger where he thinks his girlfriend Yukiko might be in there, while rolling his brand new video camera. The two end up breaking up, but Machida thinks that he may have been the main cause of the breakup. Newly equipped with a new video camera, he sets out to make a film to reevaluate their relationship. As he continues to film, the lines between fiction and reality become hard to understand.

The "Honto ni Atta. Noroi no Video" production team received a mysterious video, which is said to kill anyone who watches it. This film is an in-depth investigation into the identity of this mysterious video.
