Odadoushikai Oda Seiji ANOTHER

To celebrate his 30th acting anniversary, Kōji Matoba stars as Seiji Oda, the fiercest member of Tendokai, who joins the organization under Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa). In 2011, Tendokai dominates Kanto, while the rising Santōkai threatens them. Meanwhile, in Yokohama, Seiji Oda forms a rogue group, Oda Dōshi-kai, and violently protects his turf, clashing with Jinseikai. As Tendokai's Vice-Head Ryuji Kondo retires, Keiji Oda (Seiji's brother) is tasked with calming the tensions between the two groups, leading to a reunion between the Oda brothers.

At Sagamikai's headquarters, Kawashige (Daijirō Harada) is confronted by Iwamura, the chief of Yokohama Port Police, who demands the dissolution of Sagamikai. Suspecting a traitor within, Kawashige orders his men to investigate. The suspect is Keisaku Sugita (Daisuke Iijima), a veteran of Sagamikai and father of Shinsaku Sugita (Gento Aoki) from Oda Dōshi-kai. When Sagamikai attempts to take Keisaku, Shinsaku intervenes, injuring their men and helping Keisaku escape. Seiji Oda (Kōji Matoba) is summoned by Kawashige, who demands the return of Keisaku, but Oda firmly refuses. War between Sagamikai and Oda Dōshi-kai is imminent.

After serving prison time as a scapegoat in a yakuza conflict, Tatsu (Yamaguchi Yoshiyuki) is met upon release by his sworn brother Ryu (Yasukaze Motomiya), who reveals that their gang was dissolved by a mysterious man named Gizmo and everyone has gone their separate ways. Ryu proposes they run a ramen shop together, Ryu Hanten. But trouble follows when former rivals Jin (Hitoshi Ozawa) and Kazu (Kazuyoshi Ozawa), whose gang was also disbanded by Gizmo, open a competing shop nearby called Ramen OZAWA.
