Four Roads To Hell is an anthology featuring short stories based on true accounts as collected from writers Hirokatsu Kihara and Ichiro Nakayama. Nana, who aims to be an actress, has no buds. Nagasaki calls out to Nana as she walks through her town. She is curtly treated by her, but invites her to a nearby cafe and asks for her Nana and Yori back. But Nana has another target. He even threatened to break up with her wife, but she insisted she wasn't interested. Unable to allow her Nagasaki to treat her unkindly and in the end be taken away by her other man, he hit her from behind. Nana is photographed naked by female photographer Chigusa. She was her next target. While teaching Nana, who has a poor expression, Chigusa inadvertently kisses her. Nana accepts Chigusa and she embraces him. She said after the fact that Nana wanted her to lend money to Chigusa. She was being chased by her apartment landlord because she was behind on her rent. Chigusa said she would send the pictures together when they were done and she said she would also introduce the producer of the film.

Nagisa is living together with handsome college professor, Kotaro.However, lately Kotaro has been particularly violent towards Nagisa during sex, even going so far as to hurt her. One day, Etsuko, a woman claiming to be Kotaro’s sister, appears at their house.Etsuko asks to stay with them for a while, however Nagisa is not convinced that she is really his sister because she is so sloppy and unlike Kotaro. It also bothers her that the two often go off to talk in secret. Nagisa later finds out that Etsuko has been secretly watching her and Kotaro having sex while masturbating.She asks Kotaro to kick Etsuko out, but he refuses to listen, and Etsuko’s antics become more and more intense. Eventually, Nagisa finds out that she is pregnant. With this new development, Nagisa thinks that she can marry Kotaro and finally be able kick Etsuko out. Little does she know, this will be the beginning of her confinement…

The three sisters Satomi (Marina Yuzuki), Kaori (Karina Nishida), and Tachimi (Nina Nishimura) are toyed with by Kakinuma, a man dressed as a priest with half his face hidden by a mask. Then, an old woman disguised as a fortune teller who calls herself "Shojo Roshi" appears before them. The three sisters begin training under Shojo Roshi in order to get revenge on Kakinuma, but...

Rinko Yanagisawa (Mizuki Hayakawa) is the director of the hospital she inherited from her missing father. She is interviewed for an advertisement for the clinic, which is in a state of quietness, and although she wears a white coat, she ends up being photographed in sexy lingerie... However, when she uploads the photos to her website, she is inundated with bookings!

Based on the book of the same name by Rieko Matsuura, the film depicts an ultimate love between two women.
