The part two of Tales of Terror from Tokyo, Based on stories collected throughout Japan by writers Hirokatsu Kihara and Ichiro Nakayama, and Japanese horror TV show: 'Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro'. It compiled eight stories by seven directors. While some stories may seem too fantastic to believe, many come from the most horrifying of sources...the truth. Step into places not meant for the living witness psychological horrors that rattle the nerves. All brought to spine-tingling life by Japan's up-and-coming masters of horror, including Norio Tsuruta ("Ring O").

Yakuza Zombie opens with an introduction to a mysterious Yakuza graveyard deep in the forest, and a story of the baddest Yakuza of them all, Naruo Ryuuji (shown in cut scenes played by Ozawa Hitoshi). Naruo Ryuuji was a fearless killer who eventually got into heroin and, exactly like Ishimatsu Rikuo in Takashi Miike's Graveyard of Honor, eventually leaps to his death from the top of a prison, claiming he'll be back. I'm assuming this is a reference to real life crazy Yakuza Ishikawa Rikio, whom the original Graveyard of Honor was based on. It's established that the corpse of the fierce Yakuza Ryuuji is buried in the graveyard beneath a marker with the Japanese characters "Jingi" (Honor), and then we are taken to the modern day.

Although they are still teenagers, the Zenigata Sisters are detectives, and have a grandfather in the Inspector General. They possess an uncanny knack for solving crimes, but no one knows that they are investigators. The Zenigata Sisters have been busy solving crimes around the nation, and are faced with a case surrounding their own family. Unless three crimes are solved, the perpetrator threatens to escalate his crimes. It is then that Rui, Mai and Rei begin receiving mail on their cell phones from the police department. The trap set by the perpetrator has the sisters stumped. Will they be able to solve the crime in time?

Igarashi Kozue, a nurse at a Tokyo university hospital, feels bored with her job despite her experience. Yamazaki Natsumi, a younger nurse, is enthusiastic. Shibata Yuichi, a soccer student, is admitted with a fracture and a tumour, facing potential amputation. Igarashi helps Yamazaki support Yuichi, but Yamazaki resigns due to lost confidence. Yuichi’s frustration leads to a misunderstanding, causing him and Igarashi to resign. A soccer match for former cancer patients, organised by Professor Oiwa, helps Yuichi regain hope.

These young talents of horror films have gathered to bring this project to life. The cast features Maki Sakai, Harumi Inoue, and Arthur Kuroda, among others.

Nana, who aims to be an actress, has no buds. Nagasaki calls out to Nana as she walks through her town. She is curtly treated by her, but invites her to a nearby cafe and asks for her Nana and Yori back. But Nana has another target. He even threatened to break up with her wife, but she insisted she wasn't interested. Unable to allow her Nagasaki to treat her unkindly and in the end be taken away by her other man, he hit her from behind. Nana is photographed naked by female photographer Chigusa. She was her next target. While teaching Nana, who has a poor expression, Chigusa inadvertently kisses her. Nana accepts Chigusa and she embraces him. She said after the fact that Nana wanted her to lend money to Chigusa. She was being chased by her apartment landlord because she was behind on her rent. Chigusa said she would send the pictures together when they were done and she said she would also introduce the producer of the film.

Zenigata Mei (Azusa Okamoto) is a detective who solves difficult cases using her innate intuition, wild sense of smell, and IQ of 180. She teams up with Detective Matsuyama and punishes evil with her outstanding deductive reasoning and intellect.
