In Hong Kong an International Secret Police (ISP) Agent is murdered while investigating ZZZ, a group bent on assassinating the Prime Minister of Buddhabal. ISP Agents Carter and Kitami are assigned to the case. When the Prime Minister arrives in Tokyo for a friendship visit, Carter and Kitami are on hand to protect him. On hand, too, are assorted ZZZ blackguards. Several attempts on the Prime Minister's life fail, until finally the ZZZ introduces a new device designed to eliminate not only the Prime Minister but the ISP Agents as well: THE KILLING BOTTLE, then, is a pocket-sized container filled with a substance that can expand to thousands of times its size and throttle its victim, then disappear leaving only the corpse.

The group led by Teruko was the most famous in the port city of Yokohama. One day, however, a group claiming the same name as Teruko and her group appeared and began extorting them. The group was led by Rosa, who had come from Hayama. Teruko and the others were taken in by Detective Jitsusei on suspicion of extortion, and were even doused with oil. What saved the day was a witness, a runaway daughter named Toshie. Toshie is a half-sister.

This movie depicts the conflict of sex and desire between a procurer, called a "night arranger," and women who live in the neon city seeking money and pleasure.

Chie (Sanae Ōhori), newly arrived in Tokyo, saves her friend from school, Mari (Annu Mari), from a suicide attempt. The two girls become close, eventually leading to a lesbian relationship. Their affair drifts into sadism and involvement with a bizarre sex cult.

A young man, Keiji, loses at mahjong and has to work at a snack bar to pay off his debt. There he meets Yoko, a woman with a bewitching atmosphere, and falls in love with her at first sight. However, Yoko has a missing yakuza husband and she is forced to work in his place.

Hanamura, widely known in gangland a professional trouble shooter has the sign of the Jack tattooed on his chest. His follower is his sworn partner Kurahara. They attempt to help the Towada-Gumi gang against its rival group the Kamioka-Gumi which is seeking the chance to conquer the Towada-Gumi in collusion with Noda, a big shot in the town operating a real estate firm.

Kinta (Nabe Osami) is Japanese by birth, but raised by a Chinese man. He stowsaway to Japan to see his girlfriend Yukiko but gets picked up for vagrancy in Shinjuku and thrown in jail. Helped by a yakuza and a prostitute, he goes on a search for Yukiko but winds up on a journey of sexual discovery.

Gangsters smuggle diamonds through customs by embedding them in The Spiders' tambourine, then go on a cross-country chase of the rock-and-roll band in order to get them back. Another gang is searching for something The Spiders have, too, and now the two gangs are willing to kill to get it, with the boys caught in the middle!
