C. V. Sridhar

Kodimalar is a 1966 Indian Tamil language film, directed by C. V. Sridhar and produced by S. L. Nahaatha and A. K. Balasubramanian. The film stars R. Muthuraman, C. R. Vijayakumari, A. V. M. Rajan, Kanchana and Nagesh in lead roles. The film had musical score by MS Viswanathan.

The film deals with a triangular love with a good measure of values of the high society and those of liberal culture of the 60s.

Kalai Kovil (Temple of Art) is a 1964 Indian Tamil-language film, directed by C. V. Sridhar and produced by Visu and Ganga. The film stars S. V. Subbaiah, Chandrakantha, R. Muthuraman and Rajasree in lead roles. The film had musical score by Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy. The film was released on 25 September 1964.

Dr. Ravi returns from abroad and takes up position as Chief Surgeon in a hospital. He then meets with Nurse Shanti, who lives an impoverished lifestyle with her ailing mother, and decides to perform surgery, but she passes away, and a guilt-ridden Ravi marries Shanti much to the chagrin of his mentor, Kaka, who had hoped that he would marry his daughter, Rajni. The couple then travel to Kashmir for their honey-moon, and then settle down to a harmonious relationship. Hoping to travel even more, their plans are interrupted by the hospital's head doctor, who wants Ravi to focus on cancer research. The couple drop all travel plans and immerse themselves in research so much so that Shanti herself becomes ill.

Vayasu Pilichindi (lit. Youth is Calling) is a 1978 Telugu-language film directed by C. V. Sridhar. It is a remake of his own Tamil film Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu (1978). Sridhar remade the film in Hindi as Dil-e-Nadaan (1982), starring Rajesh Khanna, Shatrughan Sinha, Smita Patil, and Jayapradha

Devi and Anita are best friends who once even help nab a killer. Anita loves Anand but he marries Devi. Their lives are disrupted when the killer breaks loose and seeks revenge from both the women.

Murli (Rajnikanth) and Prabhu (Kamal) are owner and manager respectively, of an advertising agency in Madras. Prabhu has been raised by Murli's family, and feels greatly indebted to them. Punar Janmam (Rebirth) is a 1961 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed by R. S. Mani. The film stars Sivaji Ganesan, Padmini, Ragini and P. Kannamba in lead roles. The film, produced by N. S. Diraviyam under Vijaya Films banner, had musical score by T. Chalapathi Rao and was released on 21 April 1961.

The film was launched by C. V. Sridhar in 1980 as a Cinemascope venture and was then titled as Sakthi. Sridhar collaborated with Kamal Haasan after the success of the 1978 film Ilamai Oonjal Aadukirathu, which had also featured Rajinikanth. The film was meant to be the first film which featured Kamal Haasan and Ambika as a lead pair and stills were released featuring Ambika in a swimsuit. The film got delayed and was put on the back burner, before it re-emerged in 1986 under the title of Meendum Suryodayam and shooting progressed. It was planned for an April 1986 release, which got postponed to May 1 of 1986. There was a local authority election in March 1986 and the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam won seats. Iniya Uravu Poothathu (English : Sweet relationship has blossomed) is a 1987 Tamil Indian feature film directed by C. V. Sridhar. The film stars Suresh and Nadiya Moidu in the lead roles.

Anna Nee En Deivam is an unreleased Tamil Indian feature film directed by C. V. Sridhar for Jayaar Movies.

Manase Mandiram (English: The Heart is a Temple) is a 1966 Telugu language romantic drama film, produced by Yarra Appa Rao on Sri Krishna Sai Films banner and directed by C. V. Sridhar. Starring Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Savitri in the lead roles and music composed by M. S. Viswanathan. The film was a remake of Tamil film Nenjil Or Aalayam (1962), Sridhar remade the film in Hindi as Dil Ek Mandir (1963). It was also remade in Malayalam as Hridayam Oru Kshethram (1976), and in Kannada as Kumkuma Rakshe (1977).

The film is a social drama, with its plot around university professor Dr. Kumar (Ashok Kumar), who lives with his wife Padma (Bhanumati), his drunkard son Jyoti (Raaj Kumar), outgoing daughter Chitra (Tanuja) and his friend's daughter Rekha (Mala Sinha). Dr. Kumar and his wife have a different outlook towards life, with him preferring books and philosophy, while his wife Padma prefers social gatherings and society clubs. Padma never considered Jyoti her son, who works as a mill designer, a profession she considers too poor to acknowledge. Chitra is encouraged by her mother to mingle freely in high society, much to the disappointment of her worried father.

The movie deals with four friends. Ravichandran, the hero, is the son of a rich man (Veera Raghavan), and he along with his three friends Nagesh, Mali and Murthy, lives in a mansion owned by his father. While they plan to go on a holiday, a young woman (Kanchana) sneaks into the bungalow, fleeing from danger, and begs the hero to offer her solace for two days. He agrees and the trip is cancelled. Kanchanca and Ravichandran fall in love. Another woman (Vijaya Chandrika) suddenly appears one night and leaves her child, Baby Shanthi, with a note claiming that she is Mali’s daughter. Mali asserts that he has never seen the baby before and asserts that he doesn’t know the woman in the letter. But he falls for the child and brings her up with love and affection.

Thankamma is heartbroken when her lover Shivaraman abandons her for his duties as a sailor. She marries another man and tries to settle down, but she learns that she is expecting Shivraman's child.
