It is the story of Pedro, who after being passed over by his brothers, wanders the world in search of a better life, but on the way, finds children who eventually conquer it, and in order to help them, he passes scamming other people he met along the way, telling lies, however, always with the goal of helping him new friends. And kills a cow.

Zenó (Mazzaropi) is a poor gardener of a traditional school in São Paulo who falls in love with one of the local girls, much richer and younger than him. Willing to conquer her, he decides to get rich, getting involved in the most varied and funny situations.

This documentary, produced by the Mazzaropi Institute, shows movie scenes, testimonials of researchers, historians, intellectuals, and popular artists. As a bonus, it shows parts of Mazzaropi's last appearance on TV, on Hebe Camargo Show.

Zé Babão is a hillbilly who does not care about working, leads the good life of the interior and is in love with Conchita. One day, an Italian appears interested in all the banana trees of Zé Babão and, for this, decides to marry Conchita.

Simple and popular hillbilly Jeca is forced to get involved in politics, when the leaders of the region, competing to be elected mayor of the town, try to get his support.

A hillbilly and an Italian leave the countryside, go to São Paulo and are scammed by a crook. They end up being chased by a police officer, and without a penny in their pockets, they end up returning to the countryside. It's considered a lost film, but a reconstituted version was made by researchers at the Universidade Federal Fluminense.
