A businessman is leaving for his family vacation in the South Pacific when he finds out that a rival has emptied his bank account. To save face he and his family lock themselves in the house, pretending to have gone on their trip, but it is not so easy to hide from the outside world.

Marco, close to turning eighteen, is a boy like many others: he has a girlfriend, lots of friends and is passionate about electronic music, especially DJ Claudio Coccoluto. One day he is the victim of a moped accident and ends up in an irreversible coma: family and friends gather around him in the hospital room, full of pain but also of hope.

Guelfo is a Florentine noble who has never worked and has no money. On the death of his mother, he believes he can inherit a large fortune, but from the notary he learns that he has an illegitimate brother with whom he will have to share half of his inheritance. His brother is called Felice, he works as a waiter in Bari and goes to Florence with a student friend who is indebted to the usurers. A rivalry without quarter begins between the two brothers.

A common day in the actual Italy, narrated by the different stories of seven different people, it's the starting point for an overview to the 21st century's italian society, among corrupt politicians, unfaithful husbands, hardcore soccer fans and dishonest businessmen.

As main character, they choose Franco, 70 years old, that was an extra in Pasolini film...

Elia plays soccer on the beach and on the dirt fields of a remote village in Sicily, where one day Michele, a talent scout for Serie A, arrives. His target should be some boys from the local soccer school who are shown and recommended to him through more or less legitimate means, but his attention is immediately captured by the innate skill of 18-year-old Elia, who has the mind of a 12-year-old. It is the summer of 2006 when the two meet; Italian soccer is on one hand shaken by the Moggi scandal, and on the other hand exalted by the victory at the World Cup in Germany. The boy’s life could be ready for a change, but so could Michele’s, who despite his professional appearance, is not doing very well.

Don Matteo is a thoroughly ordinary Catholic priest with an extraordinary ability to read people and solve crimes. He’s a parish priest who never met an unjustly accused person he didn’t want to help.

The Show it's a parody, in Apulian dialect sauce, of the Michele Placido starring series "La Piovra" (1984) A bloody feud features two families, the Inpetto and the Sanguellatte. At the origin of it all is a wrong suffered on a Sunday morning many years earlier. Rocco Sanguellatte's mother, intent on preparing the traditional ragout, realized she lacked parsley, essential for seasoning the braciole. She then went to ask for some from across the street, that is, Freddy Inpetto's mother, who, however, apologized, telling her that she had none in the house, dismissing her. Shortly thereafter, Rocco, having met his friend Freddy, noticed something green between his teeth, identifying it precisely as parsley, thus inferring disrespect to his mother and thus beginning the tragedy.

Maria Josè was the daughter of the king of Belgium and she was betrothed to Umberto di Savoia, the son of Vittorio Emanuele III, the king of Italy. The movie tells her story from her teens, when she was a Red Cross nurse during World War I until her exile in 1946.
