Martin starts coming up with suitable names for the position, but discovers that he has actually been entangled in a larger impenetrable power game aimed at deciding what is really going to happen to the company; a brutal power struggle that puts an intense pressure on Martin and his private life and relationships.

Sofie

Liv Ulmann's directorial debut also had her co-authoring the screenplay (with poet Peter Poulsen) as based on a Henri Nathansen's 1932 novel about an affluent late 19th century Jewish merchant family in Copenhagen. Ulmann focuses on strong-willed daughter Sofie's progress through life: a love affair with a gentile painter, an arranged marriage , childbirth and ever more fateful challenges.

Harry and the Butler

A gentle comedy offering the promise of easy social consensus. Harry (Helmuth) is a simple old-time shop porter offered a chance at self-realisation when he's bequeathed a sum by an unknown relative (via several levels of fiscal blood suckers). He decides to engage a butler to take good care of him for a time. Should Poeten renounce his high poetical standards and write simple verses for popular music, to get money?

The doctor advertises the typewriter for sale through his friend, and the buyer is none other than the doctor's wife. A couple wants a bigger apartment, they argue and break up. Later, we meet them again, where they have both found work through an advertisement with a rich man as a housekeeper and a driver. A woman wants to sell a pram because she is going to the hospital. Her little son is to be looked after by her sister. The couple who cannot have children have just adopted the little boy's sister and now come to buy the pram.

Better Times

Krøniken is a Danish television drama which aired on Sunday evenings between January 2004 and January 2007. The 22-episode series relates the lives of two fictional families during the historical development of the Danmarks Radio television network from the 1950s to the 1970s. Created by Stig Thorsbøe for the DR broadcast-television network, the series debuted on 4 January 2004. The program's first season set popularity records. Five of the episodes were listed among the ten most watched television programs since records began in Denmark in 1992. The first season finale topped the list with 2,717,000 viewers. In 2004, the program was nominated for the International Emmy Award for Best Drama but lost to Waking the Dead. The series concluded with the 22nd episode airing on 1 January 2007 and watched by 2.4 million viewers.

Unit One

Rejseholdet is a Danish television crime series starring Charlotte Fich, Mads Mikkelsen and Lars Brygmann. Produced by Danmarks Radio, the program aired 32 episodes spanning four seasons from 2000 to 2004. Each episode revolved around an elite mobile police task force called "Unit One" that travels around Denmark helping local police solve crimes. Cases portrayed in the show were loosely based upon actual incidents of sensational crimes such as murders, kidnappings, cross-border sex traffic and child pornography. Rejseholdet won the 2002 International Emmy Award for best drama series.

Norwegian miniseries. The story takes place in a jumbo jet on a route between Copenhagen and New York. SAS route 917 takes off from Copenhagen Airport with 350 passengers on board. Among the passengers in first class are four Nordic directors of an American cosmetics group. The atmosphere between them is tense. Shortly after departure, a business manager dies of a heart attack. Later on the journey, someone discovers a dead man in the toilet room. A ruthless murderer is on board the plane.
