Amar is a creature of habit — quiet, solitary, and most at home among his matchboxes. So when a shy colleague at the match factory works up the courage to ask him out, his instinct isn’t to say yes. A child with a bleeding nose, sitting at the window in a bus and his young father whose nose is bleeding too. The young father tries to wipe the blood from the child’s nose, but because his own nose is bleeding too, It keeps on dripping on his shirt, and whenever he tries to wipe his own blood away, the same happens to the little boy – not about this is the Film. In the Film can be seen a Boy, a Girl, a Dog, a Boat and a River – and all this through a prism of tears in different geometric shapes.

Seven Women, Seven Sins (1986) represents a quintessential moment in film history. The women filmmakers invited to direct for the seven sins were amongst the world's most renown: Helke Sander (Gluttony), Bette Gordon (Greed), Maxi Cohen (Anger), Chantal Akerman (Sloth), Valie Export (Lust), Laurence Gavron (Envy), and Ulrike Ottinger (Pride). Each filmmaker had the liberty of choosing a sin to interpret as they wished. The final film reflected this diversity, including traditional narrative fiction, experimental video, a musical, a radical documentary, and was delivered in multiple formats from 16, super 16, video and 35mm.

On Sylt he meets two nymphomaniac women, in Hamburg he meets Eva, a girl who is even more love sick and later he meets Luci who gives him an indecent proposal. Thus he flees again...

The film tells the story of Faust who unites with the devil in search of ultimate wisdom. He realizes too late, that winning Gretchen's heart with the devil's help means destroying her life.

The notoriously single and not-so-successful womanizer Max has settled down perfectly into his bachelor life when suddenly the enchanting Lisa, sister of his flatmate and partner Ulli, appears on his doorstep and asks to stay for the next four weeks. Nothing better than that, Max thinks to himself and smells prey. But in no time at all, Lisa's appeal is gone when Max realizes that she hasn't come alone: she has her sweet baby Maya with her - and that's the last straw for Max. How is he and Ulli supposed to win the city council's architectural competition if a toddler is constantly bawling in their ears? Ulli insists on helping Lisa and puts a gun to Max's head: either mother and child can stay - or he will leave the apartment they share.

Jenny is on the road in her film producer's Rolls-Royce, which she has to drive to a film shoot and a wedding. When she gets lost at night, she finds a wrecked car in the ditch and rescues a skinhead.

Part of the episodic film, Seven women, seven sins, this is a different take on the Adam and Eve story. Eve does eat the apple and her curiosity makes her human. Her generous gesture of offering people things turns into a compulsion to feed others.

Polizeiruf 110 is a long-running German language detective television series. The first episode was broadcast 27 June 1971 in the German Democratic Republic, and after the dissolution of Fernsehen der DDR the series was picked up by ARD. It was originally created as a counterpart to the West German series Tatort, and quickly became a public favorite.

SOKO Leipzig is a German police procedural television programme, a spin-off of the earlier German police programme SOKO 5113. It was first broadcast on 31 January 2001, on German television channel ZDF. On 12 November 2008, the first part of a two-part crossover between SOKO Leipzig and British police procedural The Bill was aired, with the same version being shown on both ZDF and British television channel ITV1.
