Louise Pager

Further adventures await him when he encounters Ladislas, a young reveler, who happens to be the crown prince of Corinthia. This one, who favors living it up over his royal duty, commissions Bicard to replace him on the throne.

An idle and very jealous woman sets a trap for her husband by luring him to an appointment to which she goes herself. But the faithful husband sends one of his friends there. He falls in love with the young woman.
