In December 1825, distinguished members of the Russian military, most of whom were quite affluent and of noble lineage, took it upon themselves to stir revolution against the autocratic and tyrannical Czar Nikolai I in the wake of his not honoring the drafting of a constitution for the Russian people. The revolution failed miserably and the conspirators (known as the Decembrists) were weeded out by the czar himself. One by one, each of the conspirators confess and are systematically exiled to the harsh winters of Siberia, slated to work and wither in a prison/mine. The wives of the conspirators are faced with the prospect of leaving the bosom of wealth and family (including their own children) to be with their husbands in the brutal Siberian locale. If they agree to this, they face having their illustrious social stations stripped away and certain disdain from everyone around them...

Adapted from the Andersen tale and played out in musical comedy mode, The Ugly Duckling is set in a farmyard where roosters, hens, ducks and geese live and lay eggs together. One fine day, a rooster discovers a giant egg behind the farmyard kingdom fence, and discreetly slips it into the clutch laid by his partner... Very soon, a cygnet emerges, but as he in no way resembles any of them he is immediately stigmatized by the whole farmyard, enduring humiliations and suspicion on the part of his feathered companions. But in the end he becomes a magnificent white swan.

In the late 1980s, a high-ranking party official, Iona Petrovich, suddenly left his prestigious post, abandoned his family, and emigrated. His wife died, unable to bear the betrayal. Their son, Andrei, grew up without parents. Time passed, circumstances changed, and Iona Petrovich returns to his homeland.

A parody of the theatre world. The same piece is played out in a few different theatre styles: opera, avant garde, children's theatre, vaudeville etc.

Student Ivan falls in love with Nadia, the wife of a rich businessman. The passion that has engulfed them prompts Nadia to leave her husband, and Ivan to give up his prestigious lawyer job in Moscow.

They have the same appearance, but different personalities. They have a tempting opportunity to switch places, that is, to "taste" someone else's life. But it doesn't always work out the way you hope. And an innocent game can end tragically. Whose is the face of death?

A Russian criminal steals a giant diamond from the Mafia, hides it, and suddenly runs into his unknown brothers; unexpected, absurd events with participation of the mob, doctors, musicians, Americans, militia, and gypsies ensue.
