I missed some bits of the plot, but somehow, the second one of the bodyguards hiding the witness on the island has been killed already, and the second one, seeking help from the local police, was wounded in the incidence, and then she apparently succumbs, too.

In the new film adaptation of Johanna Spyri's popular children's book, Heidi is sent to live for a short time with her eccentric grandfather, the "Alpöhi", who lives alone above the village and initially wants nothing to do with his granddaughter. Polizeiruf 110 is a long-running German language detective television series. The first episode was broadcast 27 June 1971 in the German Democratic Republic, and after the dissolution of Fernsehen der DDR the series was picked up by ARD. It was originally created as a counterpart to the West German series Tatort, and quickly became a public favorite.
