When she realizes that her niece is in love with a young man, she rushes to grant them her wish, while she herself still loves Antonis, her youthful love who had emigrated to Australia. A lottery ticket, given to her by Michalakis, makes her rich overnight, so she buys the penthouse of the apartment building and houses her love, since Antonis returned from Australia the same way he left, that is, penniless.
