The film is about the youth who joined the ranks of the Komsomol in the early 1920s. The protagonists of the film are residents of a small town in southern Russia.

Steps

The action takes place during the years of the Civil War in the Urals. It is difficult for the young woman Nadia Korneeva to make sense of the events unfolding around her. Having endured much grief and gone through numerous trials, she decides to join a Red Guard unit.

In Moscow in 1919 there are still anarchist organizations, whose actions are clearly anti-Soviet in nature. The Chekists have to expose their activities. The case is entrusted to three newly conscripted Komsomol comrades.

Deadly Enemy

Based on the Don stories by Mikhail Sholokhov. Soviet power was only established on the Don, and a conflict broke out in the first commune: the wife of the commune’s leader Arseniy Klyukvin, having believed the promises of the white officer, fell in love and went to live with him with the child.
