The film follows Will Chu whose true life passion is to become a stand-up comedian. He is given the opportunity to emcee a comedy show, opening for his hero, Billy G. Chu has to decide if he wants to continue the life he has set up or to pursue his dream, the life of a comedian.

At the onset of RANDOM TROPICAL PARADISE, Harry Fluder’s life was working out exactly as planned: great job, loyal friends, and the perfect fiancée – until he caught his perfect fiancée having sex with one of his maybe not-so-loyal friends at their wedding. With the wedding cancelled and honeymoon already paid for, Bowie, Harry's best man, convinces Harry to take him along on a "homie-moon." What is supposed to be a refreshing weekend of rest and relaxation turns into an all-out bonkers adventure of epic proportions of sex, drugs, overall mayhem, and mafia intrigue.

Jason has made up his mind: he's going to live in the wilderness for a year. One problem: he's never been camping. While he's preparing, he meets Mona, a goal oriented corporate type who has just suffered a nervous breakdown at work. They fall in love but ultimately Jason must decide: follow his dream or his heart.

Brooks Wheelan performs to a sold out crowd in Anchorage after a disastrous tour of the Alaskan wilderness. He talks about his Alaskan experience as well as how he wishes he could smoke weed, not understanding how to order wine, and how Red Lobster holds a special place in his heart. The only thing he knows, is that he'll never do a tour like this again.

Steve McGarrett returns home to Oahu, in order to find his father's killer. The governor offers him the chance to run his own task force (Five-0). Steve's team is joined by Chin Ho Kelly, Danny "Danno" Williams, and Kono Kalakaua.

Off campus, the stakes are raised for the high-tech heroes as they must protect their city from an array of scientifically enhanced villains.
