But Andulka doesn't need any magic, all she needs are skillful hands, a good heart and a smart head. And she chooses the right groom for herself accordingly.

He loves Andulka very much, but he is afraid to marry her and move in with her. He is afraid of the forest, whose mysterious thickets are surely home to goblins and perhaps even witches.
