The film deals with the difficulties and tragicomic events experienced by Ali, who has a heart condition, and his brother Zeki, who makes every sacrifice for his surgery. The film focuses on the events that befall Zeki and his brother on their journey from Istanbul to Antalya to sell a piece of land.
