Ultraman Ginga Theater Special: Ultra Monster ☆ Hero Battle Royal!

Tomoya leisurely sketches the Ultra Monsters in his sketchbook but an unknown forces suddenly radiated the book. Misuzu, Kenta and Chigusa discover several Spark Dolls, which were thought to be sent into outer space but somehow returned to Earth. Hikaru soon arrives, and soon the group are transported into a virtual room by Tomoya's Gunpad. The room itself has several Spark Dolls in its collection. Tomoya introduces them to the Livepad, a tablet which allows its user to use UltLive simulations by simply scanning the Spark Doll via the tip of its pointer pen. The group begins experimenting with the new technology.

Ultraman Ginga Theater Special

This is the first film adaptation of the Ultraman Ginga TV series. It was released as a double-bill with Mega Monster Rush: Ultra Frontier - Dino-Tank Hunting. Chronologically it takes place between Episode 6 & 7 of the Ultraman Ginga TV show.

A mysterious code written with letters and numbers is found on a street in Kyoto. Yoshito Takuma (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi) and Chinami Anekoji (Kaho Minami) begin to investigate. They discover that something happened at the place where the code was found on stickers and they also discover a dead body. A man known as "Writer" is suspected of being the culprit. Shu Kubota is killed by someone with a baseball bat. A metal bat and an old toy are found at the crime scene. Detective Yoshito (Tsuyoshi Kusanagi) with the special investigation unit goes to the crime scene to investigate. There, Detective Yoshito realizes that he made the old toy about 10 years ago when he worked at the public relations divsion of the Kyoto Prefectural Police Department. He plays a non-official character of the Arashiyama area, located on the western outskirts of Kyoto. Nobody takes the kidnapping case seriously, but Yoshito says the case could be real and it might be related to a crowdfunding site.

The story of the original manga writer Rieko Saibara is depicted by her alter ego Natsumi Takahara who revisits where she was raised and recalls her childhood and how everything turned out.

Due to this, Shou, a Victorian Prince was sent by his mother to retrieve it with the help of Victory Lancer which enable him to become the ancient Ultra, Ultraman Victory.
