Na’eema El Soghayar was born in Alexandria on the 31st of December, 1931. Her full name is Na’eema ‘Abd Al Maguid ‘Abd Al Gawad and she started out as a monologist performing next to her husband Mohamed El Soghayar before both worked together in Ibrahim Hamouda and Isma’il Yassin’s troupe.
