In the past. There was a Palmerah hero named Rombeng (Sukarno M. Noor) who was cruel and ruthless. The victims were the common people and beautiful girls. There was also a story about a young man with long hair, so his name was only known as Si Gondrong (Farouk Afero), who was also good at martial arts. He was a Kwitang hero. His acquaintance with Patmah (Mila Karmila), a sweet girl who was good at reciting the Koran, made him easily attracted, especially since he had just been betrayed by his girlfriend Mimin (Rahayu Effendi), a naughty woman. This film tells about the struggle for a treasure kept by a pirate, Tapak Tirta. He raises the son in a life of crime, but lives like a respectable man. Husin also lives a double life. He is loved by an innocent girl in the village, but in other places, he plays around with women. In his old age, Tohir becomes a drunk and then he finds out that the government has awarded Hasan for his services. He uses Husin, nicknamed Boy, to avenge himself by sending him to rob Hasan’s house. Husin fails and is sent to trial. There, while drunk, Tohir reveals who Husin really is. Hasan and his wife then welcome Husin back.

Parodying the TV police character Kojak, Leman, identifies himself with Kojak by his hat and lollipop, firmly stuck in his cheeks. He tries to help a woman by picking up a package that falls from her bag, and the package is filled with flour that he thinks is morphine. The woman turns out to be a flirtatious widow who wants to become a photo model. All the stories in the film are spoofs, and the suspected bandits reveal themselves as filmmakers.

Assisted by the Dutch, Landlord Darto (Mansjur Sjah) manages to accumulate wealth by deceiving farmers. One of the poor farmers who tried to defend his farmland was killed. The poor farmer's son Sani (Farouk Afero) returns home from boarding school to look for his father's killer.
