Madhavan, an eligible bachelor, is very protective of his five sisters. However, things take an ugly turn for Madhavan when his sisters turn against him and fail to understand his love for them.

Owing to the exploitations of a vicious landlord, Velu, a meagre farmer, loses his sister. To avenge her death, Velu murders the landlord's brother and joins a gang of bandits.

Vishwanathan holds a large share in Keralareshmi and enjoys a huge political clout at state and central levels. Shekharan brings out the role of Vishwanathan in the murder of Vincent Paul, which creates a panic in the political level.

Sindhu further confesses on her wedding night that she suffers from venereal disease.
