The Darts Players combine black humour, action and a crime plot with a healthy dose of absurdity. Their world is full of characters who have their own agendas, are hiding something and are convinced that they, of all people, have everything under control. The main character, Pepé, believes that this time it will finally work out. All he needs to do is make a few right decisions, find the right people, not panic and, above all, not mess anything up. But his life has never quite gone to plan. When he meets Milánek again after a year, a series of events unfolds that nobody could have foreseen.

This unique documentary follows the life of a Slovak hockey legend, Pavol Demitra. It takes us from the very begining of his career in Slovakia through successful years in NHL to Lokomotiv Yaroslavl and his tragic death in a plane crash in 2011. His family, friends and fans around the world remember him not only as a top sportsman but also as a good man with strong character. - Written by ITA Film

Hockey is a nationwide phenomenon in Slovakia. It is more than just a sport. It has become synonymous with success, a unifying element of society. Recently, a generation of hockey players who achieved exceptional success during our independence has been ending their professional careers. They leave behind world championship titles, Stanley Cup victories, statistics, and news reports. A comprehensive view of their path to success has been lacking until now.
