The eighth story in the "Singles" comedy anthology. An eternally undervalued and ridiculed clerk tries to change his attitude and life.

A journalist lives his smooth citizen life, married to a woman from respected family. But, conflicts with manager at work are becoming more often, his marriage is unstable and the outer manifestation of all this is a strange skin disease. Doctors recommend resting in nature and self-examination. In the mountains, in a lonely house near the lake, he meets a woman, also unadjusted and lonely. The consequences of this encounter are beneficial. Capable to love again, he gets his moral strength, and disease retreats. He breaks off his contacts with his wife's family and with "petit bourgeois" of his former life, confronts his boss and wins, realizing that this is only a first victory which has straightened him up.

The docu-drama plays out just before the decision on financing Magellan's travels, which will reveal "the Western passage". Portugal cannot help, so he travels to Spain, where he is opposed by the Church.

A pre-war communist, who did not participate in the war, is included in the post-war society as a printing company manager. Haunted by the feeling of guilt, and needing to prove himself, he makes one mistake after another...

The staff of a company organize the meeting regarding 500 bathtubs which someone mysteriously left in the timber yard. Although it's obviously someone's machination behind this, the meeting turns into a feast with music, rather than a night of boring polemics.

Koka is a woman who does not find understanding for herself either in her daughter, or in her brother, or in her immediate surroundings. She left behind a bitter experience of a failed relationship with her ex-husband Jezdimir, but also the current disappointments.

The heroes are retired general of the Yugoslav Royal Army and a colonel of the Wehrmacht corps who, far away from the battlefront, bent over military maps, with flags representing the warring armies in their hands, like children playing a game, give vent to their obsession to shape history.
