Aslı and Umut are a happy couple celebrating their first anniversary. After celebrating their first year together with friends that night, they go to Umut's apartment, located in one of the back streets of Beyoğlu. With the help of her colleague Ali and his Gazan friend Süleyman, Ela tries to find Muna's family. In their quest, the doctors confront the harsh realities of war.
