Crazy Heart is a Turkish action, drama and political television series directed by Osman Sinav. The series, which started on Show TV on October 5, 1998, was released on the fourth season, the last season of the ATV. Crazy Heart , composed of 113 episodes published in 4 seasons, ended on June 24, 2002.

One of Turkey's most iconic and influential dramas, Valley of the Wolves follows Polat Alemdar, an undercover agent who infiltrates Istanbul's most dangerous crime organisation after years of preparation. Combining organised crime, covert operations and sharp political commentary, the series fearlessly tackles Turkey's shadowy relationship between the state, the mafia and power — and became a cultural phenomenon that spawned multiple films and spin-offs.

Yusuf Miroğlu and Zeynep travel to Diyarbakır in southeast Turkey to attend his best friend Cemal's wedding. While performing the traditional halay dance at the wedding, Cemal is killed by an assassin. Cemal's widowed wife Leyla pleads Yusuf to find the people behind the murder and bring them to justice. Yusuf finds himself caught in a struggle against the PKK and other terrorist groups in the area.

Polat Alemdar and his friends continue to struggle, in the last two seasons against MAFIA, but in this season against the terrorists organizations, in a particular PKK, Kurdish organization. This season stopped after only two episodes, because political reasons, and replaced with KURTLAR VADISI: PUSU series...

Retired security intelligence agent Iskender Buyuk has kept his government's secrets for years but when the men he has sworn to protect suddenly desert him, Iskender finds himself in the defendant's chair with only young and inexperienced lawyer Ayse to represent his interests. Understandably angered by this turn of events, Iskender decides to strike back against his one-time employers by revealing all he knows about covert op missions.

After the Freedom Flotilla attempts to bring humanitarian assistance to Gaza refuses to turn back, it is attacked by the Israeli military. In a dramatic battle scene, activists resist and are killed by the Israeli soldiers. A Turkish commando team led by Polat Alemdar (Necati Şaşmaz) travels to West Bank in Palestine, where they launch a campaign against Israeli military personnel in an attempt to track down and eliminate an Israeli general, leader Moşe Ben Eliyezer (Erdal Beşikçioğlu), who is the responsible for the flotilla raid.

The film covers through fiction real-life events like the occupation of Iraq, the execution of Daniel Pearl, the Hood event and the Abu Ghraib torture scandal.
