The life of Pavla Brus, a middle-aged, modest but principled woman, suddenly changes with a crush on a drilling foreman. Unable to restrain her feelings, she decides to cheat on her husband, divorce and leave the family. But her youngest son Kuzma, a teenager with an intelligent and piercing look at the world around him, stops her from a rash act, which is shaped by observation of Siberian nature. A philosophical attitude towards banal life processes allows the mother to reconsider her feelings for her husband Tikhon and the failed lover Nikolai.

The events of the movie take place in the city of Odesa. A guy named Sasha sees a beautiful girl on the street and, following her, inadvertently causes a car crash. The driver of the car turns out to be none other than this girl's father, who is also a screenplay writer currently experiencing a writer's block. Instead of demanding money from Sasha for repairs to his vehicle, the writer makes Sasha tell him all the details of his new relationship with the girl he saw on the street, not knowing that this girl (Lena) is his own daughter. To make things more complex, Lena has a younger sister Dasha who begins to like Sasha.

The film is based on the best choreographic numbers from the performances of the Leningrad Music Hall, songs of pop stars and romances performed by popular singers. The concert numbers are united by the storyline of the participation of all performers in the filming of a musical comedy film.

Fyodor hasn't been in homeland for 10 years. After leaving for Moscow for education, he stayed there for living. And now he persuaded his two colleagues to pass the vacation in his motherland, at his brothers house in a small Siberian village. Because what can be better than rest close to nature, hunting in taiga and fishing. But already on a plane he finds out that the girl, master of shooting sports and one the mans bride, joins their male company. As soon as vacationists reach the location, they get the news about an armed attack on a bus, which transported geologists salary. This attack resulted in a woman-cashiers death, whom Fyodor used to know well. The guys decide to head for taiga and catch bandits, but they still don't know that soon the bandits will kidnap the wife of Fyodor's brother and a newly arrived girl.

Boris Zhadanovsky, a hereditary nobleman and officer who was predicted to have a brilliant military career, sides with the rebellious people. In 1905, Zhadanovsky is sentenced to death for his revolutionary activities. However, a powerful strike movement organized in response to the court's decision forces the tsarist government to commute the sentence to life imprisonment. After the revolution, Zhadanovsky joins the Red Army and dies fighting the White Army.

Summer of 1945. The salute of the Great Victory died down and the country is gradually returning to peaceful life. From "fire yes into the fire" a young reconnaissance commander Volodya Sharapov falls, having come to the MUR for distribution, to the department for combating banditry. In the city the Black Cat gang rages, terrifying Muscovites. Captain Gleb Zheglov enters the fray with the bandits, for whom Sharapov soon becomes his right hand.

A strange phenomenon has been noticed on the outskirts of our Solar system that quickly approaches the Earth. It's called "Orion's Loop." A spaceship with a crew of people and androids identical to them is sent to intercept the anomaly. But strange events start happening as the spaceship approaches the mysterious loop.

Hijinks ensue when an amateur filmmaker, financially reliant on video piracy, must reshoot all the movies from a film festival before time runs out.
