He hears advice on preserving one's dignity and self-esteem. He discovers hatred. If he does survive and returns to Budapest, what will he find? What is natural; what is it to be a Jew? Sanyi's wife and daughter left him five years ago because of his addiction, and since then he has started a new life and stopped drinking, while Pali only needs a little push to drink again. Tomi probably doesn't even need that much. The two friends race against time on the streets of Budapest to find and rescue Tomi.

Trumpet player Géza Elekes does not play very well in his private life, and his fourth marriage has failed. One day he gets a call from his father, whom he hasn't spoken to in decades. This prompts her and her son, András, who is in the thick of things, to visit her parents, who live across the border.
