A special, video only story set on the Brookside close. On Friday 14th November 1997, a five night a week storyline ended in a cliffhanger and this video completes the story - a tale of kidnapping extortion and violence. The action-packed episode features faces from the show's past including Sheila Grant (Sue Johnston) and wayward son Barry Grant (Paul Usher), and is written by series creator Phil Redmond.

This video follows the crash on the close, when Tim and Steve receive a call for a journey, to Wales. They get more than they expected as Terry Gibson is after them, and they are in the middle of nowhere with no way of getting out.

Tucker's Luck was a British television series made by the BBC between 1983 and 1985. The series is a spin-off from the school drama Grange Hill and capitalised on the popularity of one of the series' original characters — Peter "Tucker" Jenkins, played by Todd Carty. Tucker's Luck followed the exploits of Tucker and his friends, Alan Humphries and Tommy Watson, after they had left school and their attempts to find employment and cope out there in the "real world". Three series were made, with several former Grange Hill cast members reprising their roles for the spin-off, although the programme never came close to matching the popularity of Grange Hill. The third and final series saw the first appearances of Tucker's younger sister, eight-year old Rhona, and Tucker's elder brother Barry.

Damon and Debbie is a three-part 'soap bubble' from Brookside, broadcast across three November 1987 Wednesday evenings on Channel 4. Produced by Mersey Television, the three-part series is written by Frank Cottrell-Boyce and directed by Bob Carlton. Teen sweethearts Damon Grant and Debbie McGrath flee their disapproving parents in Liverpool, only to end up on the lam and culminating in tragedy.

Hollyoaks: In the City was a spin-off of Channel 4 soap opera, Hollyoaks, originally devised by Phil Redmond. It also served as a continuation to 2005's Hollyoaks: Let Loose, which also starred Gemma Atkinson and Marcus Patric. On 16 November 2006 the writer of the show, Daran Little, announced on his Myspace site that the series had not been recommissioned due to low audience figures.
