Are we in control of our own choices and can we really trust our perception?

In her fifth theatre program the Dutch comedian and writer Paulien Cornelisse tells again about her about the ambiguities in life, and her life in particular, which language, among other things, causes.

Three friends with different cultural origins find an abandoned washing machine while playing. To their shock, they find out that the washing machine has strange powers: their heads are swapped by sticking them in the washing machine. When it turns out their heads can't be swapped back, they must go back home with each other's heads. Because their households have very different habits and traditions, they end up in awkard situations. Through these situations, they learn a lot of new things about each other.

She takes a close look at them and subjects them to a thorough analysis. Social issues such as the treatment of a right-cylindrical garbage can are discussed, but there is also an eye for the emotional life of a yellow parakeet.

Basically, LUBACH will probably be very similar to De Avondshow with Arjen Lubach. The presenter also discusses current affairs in his characteristic, humorous way in this satirical late night show. With sharp monologues, in-depth stories and playful sketches, he and his team examine politics, media and society. All this is interspersed with changing guests, music and of course a good dose of comedy.
