Tartarin sur les Alpes is a novel written by the French writer Alphonse Daudet in 1885. It is the second part of a trilogy which also includes Tartarin de Tarascon (published in 1885) and Porto Tarascona (published in 1890). Seeing his position as president of the Alpine Club of Tarascon threatened because of his fellow citizen Costecalde, who questions his abilities as a mountaineer, Tartarin travels to the Bernese Alps to accomplish a memorable feat. In 1968, a television transposition of Tartarino sulle Alpi was broadcast by Rai, directed by Edmo Fenoglio, with Tino Buazzelli as the protagonist. The series was broadcast between 06/09/968 and 09/27/1968.

The adventures of the marshal of the carabinieri Giovanni Rocca, played by the great Gigi Proietti. Definitely one of the most successful Rai fictions ever, the series, after the first eight episodes broadcast in 1996, went on for six seasons, ending only in 2008. For over a decade the investigations and the private life of the marshal of Viterbo , born from an idea by Laura Toscano, have fascinated the television audience, making them become attached to characters such as the beautiful pharmacist Margherita (Stefania Sandrelli) or the brigadier Cacciapuoti (Sergio Fiorentini).

Bruno Fioretti, known as "Mandrake", is an inveterate gambler who never misses a day at the horse racing track in Rome. He is doubly unlucky: he bets too much on one horse, and his wife is sleeping with his best friend because Mandrake is always at the track. A TV series composed of eleven episodes and a conclusion, it aired in six one-hour programs starting on October 6, 1985. L’IMBIANCONE: a very shy man enters a shoe store to buy a pair of shoes and seduce the female shop owner.

Old woodcarver Geppetto fashions a wooden puppet, Pinocchio, who magically comes to life. Pinocchio longs for adventure and is easily led astray, encountering magical beasts, fantastical spectacles, while making friends and foes along his journey. However, his dream is to become a real boy, which can only come true if he finally changes his ways.
