Familie Undercover

Pastewka is a German television sitcom that began airing on German TV channel Sat.1 in 2005. The series, currently in its sixth season, is set in Cologne, with German actor Bastian Pastewka starring as a fictionalized version of himself. It has been compared to Seinfeld and Larry David's Curb Your Enthusiasm. The series was awarded, among others, the Rose d'Or and the German Television Prize. Series was directed by Joseph Orr and Jan Markus Linhof.

Mord mit Aussicht is a German satirical crime comedy television series, produced by ARD, following the adventures of Sophie Haas, a detective from the city that takes a job in the fictional country village of Hengasch. Much of the humour of the series derives from the clichés of both city and provincial lives, in a similar manner to the English comedy crime series Midsomer Murders.

Ex-boxer Kalle is supposed to collect money from widowed mother-of-three Anne. At first he plays the tough guy. When he realizes that she won't be intimidated, his good heart wins out: Kalle lends a hand so that her plan to turn her farm into a guesthouse and pay off the debts with money from the tourism promotion scheme works out. Anne's children are thrilled - and she also takes a liking to the strong man. Mayor Jungbluth, however, torpedoes the plan...

A year ago, her beloved Nico was run over by a truck. The shock of death caused sommelier Anne to lose her sense of smell and taste. Now she receives a letter from Holland: the annual rent for the eggs she fertilized twelve years ago is due! A baby as a legacy - and a new start, not only Anne thinks, but also her colleague Conny. Only Hilde, an ex-policeman with two sons, thinks motherhood at almost 50 is a crazy idea. Despite her reservations, she takes them to the fertility clinic in Amsterdam.
