The world's largest comedy festival, Just for Laughs Montreal, returns with a French gala bringing together the biggest stars of French-language comedy: Gad Elmaleh, Jamel Debbouze, Jarry, Waly Dia, Elena Nagapetyan, Rachid Badouri, Laurie Peret, Nordine Ganso, Sarah Lélé, and Anas Hassouna. Hosted by Quebec's new stand-up star, Mehdi Bousaidan. In a freewheeling stand-up performance for a packed Montreal arena, the comedian shares stories about paintball mishaps, McDonald’s misdeeds and more.

Witness the return on stage of three artists adored by the public: Joe Bocan, Marie Carmen and Marie Denise Pelletier. The three performers are surrounded by Lara Fabian, Klô Pelgag and Ingrid St-Pierre to revisit their greatest hits in a show where female voices are in the spotlight.

Les Grandes Crues are Eve Côté and Marie-Lyne Joncas. Both are graduates of the École Nationale de l'Humour, class of 2014. They will charm you with their verve, their sense of repartee and their very own way of portraying today's society. They are like a good vintage; sometimes full-bodied, but well balanced, and certainly not corky! On stage, the two young comedians talk about their recipe for happiness with a casualness and a very charming look. Their motto: "Life is two things: Accept who you are and... a good glass of muscadet.”

Katherine Levac, a leading comedian of her generation, returns to the stage: sharp, sarcastic and incisive, with an offbeat take on life.
