A young woman moves to rural Taiwan to live with her extended family during her parents' divorce. She and her two cousins navigate romantic complications and relations with the indigenous Taiwanese in this adaptation of a Chiung Yao novel.

Xiao Cao is a young orphan living with her cruel aunt and uncle. She has a sisterly bond with her neighbour, Qing Qing, who is being forced into a marriage with a much older man by her older brother. Desperate to escape their unfortunate circumstances, the two girls manage to run away together on the day of Qing Qing's wedding. During their escape they coincidentally meet He Shiwei, a young university student who is also running away from his family due to an arranged marriage. After a few initial misunderstandings the three decide to travel together. However, things become complicated when they encounter the Fu family, and the family matriarch mistakes He Shiwei for her son, Fu Yuankai, who died 10 years ago.

Centers around the legend of Princess Huanzhu during the reign of the Qianlong Emperor of the Qing Dynasty.

Kao Han (Kenny Bee) and Pan-yun (Xiu-ling Lu) meet for the first time as strangers in a pet shop. It is destiny that they meet a second time and Kao Han takes a chance in this second meeting to pursue Pan-yun. Pan-yun is reluctant to get involved with Kao Han because she still thinks about and love her late-husband and also her late-husband's niece, Ko-hui (Lan-xi), is in love with Kao Han. Reluctantly and unwillingly Pan-yun falls for Kao Han but their love is not so easily obtained.

A talented woman painter falls in love with a gallery owner, who is married. His son falls in love with her niece at first sight. The painter gets along well with the gallery owner's grown son and daughter. In order to keep their family united, his son and daughter ask her to withdraw from her love relationship, and she promises to do so to save the gallery owner's marriage.

Taiwanese romance film.

A photographer travels with her boyfriend to a seaside village in Penghu. There she strikes up a relationship with a blind man. When they reencounter one another back in Taipei, where he is preparing to undergo an operation to restore his sight, their connection intensifies.
