Avanzi

Led by Carlo Verdone, a truly Roman, we explore the social and cultural origins of Roman comedy. A "disillusioned" form of comedy, a bit cynical, a bit resigned, constantly toeing the line between popular spirit and sophisticated writing, between indolence and passion, between laughter and tears, between film, theater, and TV.

Collection of the best sketches of ten years of Corrado Guzzanti's career, from Avanzi to L'Ottavo Nano.
