The war burst into the peaceful life of three friends suddenly, forever changing their destinies. Each of them went to the front, leaving the most valuable things at home in order to fight for this most valuable thing. Surprisingly, they are helped to survive in this fiery hell of battles with fascism, music. Taking musical instruments with them, friends play to maintain the morale of fellow soldiers, as well as to compose the leitmotif of Victory so desired by all.

After an accident, ten-year-old Ilya falls into a coma. His father Andrey is on duty at his son's bedside in the hospital, but the attending physician informs that the boy will have to be disconnected from the life support device — this is the law. Andrey offers money, tries to convince the doctor that it is necessary to wait, but everything is useless. Then Andrey brings a gurney with Ilya connected to the device to the first ward he comes across, barricades the door, and, threatening with a gun, takes a doctor and a nurse hostage. Andrey gave his son a man's word that he would save him, and he will keep his word.

Chikatilo

He killed and went unpunished for more than ten years, and more than fifty people died at his hands. An innocent man was convicted and shot instead. For a long time, the murders he committed could not be combined into one case. Maniacs of this caliber simply did not exist in the USSR, so law enforcement agencies were not ready to fight the "Rabid Beast", as journalists later dubbed it. Vigilantes, police officers, investigators from the prosecutor's office, psychiatrists were involved in the capture of Chikatilo, and new investigative techniques were developed that will help save innocent people.

Viktor and Olga have long been living in a hateful marriage. Onegin locks himself in the estate, living in aimless solitude until the owner, who has returned from abroad, appears at the neighboring estate – a young, enthusiastic Vladimir Lenskiy, not yet satiated with life, who introduces Evgeniy to sisters Tatyana and Olga Larin.

Trail of Chikatilo

The country is gradually moving away from the 90s, life is getting better and people are again attracted to the Black Sea resorts, where travelers along the way become victims of brutal murderers. In the pursuit of profit, they spare no one: neither women, nor the elderly, nor children. All attempts to get on the trail of criminals end in nothing and there is not a single serious clue in the case. At the same time, Vitaly Vitvitsky and his pregnant wife Irina Ovsyannikova go on vacation to the Crimea and themselves fall into the clutches of criminals, who turn out to be members of the "Amazon Gang", led by a certain Smallpox.
