La caza del solitario

On May 4, 2017, the police found a burned car on one of the roads of the Pantano de Foix, near Barcelona. Inside the vehicle they discovered the remains of a charred body. The car belonged to Pedro Rodríguez, an agent of the Guardia Urbana of Barcelona. Officially, he was not listed as missing. When reconstructing his last hours of life, the mossos began to find inconsistencies in the statements of the people closest to the missing man.

In the remote Pyrenean village of Tor, 13 houses and a mountain unleash a war between neighbors marked by greed, silence and death. Three murders, decades of tensions and an unsolved crime. This documentary, based on the research of Carles Porta, reconstructs one of the most disturbing real cases of the Spanish black chronicle, where reality exceeds any fiction.

This is a series about true crimes that happened in Catalonia. Carles Porta presents the cases from the Catalunya Ràdio studio with a brief introduction before giving way to each chapter. Her voice over accompanies the whole chapter, with a tone and style to captivate and connect with the viewer.

The investigation uncovers a web of lies and incriminating messages.

Suddenly, Clara, Mónica's daughter, falls into a deep coma. With Clara left to die, a mysterious man proposes Monica to make a pact: Clara will be saved if Mónica does something for him.
