Male comedians face off in a steamy improv drama where they must resist the advances of irresistibly seductive co-stars and deliver the ultimate kiss.

Konno Hiroya is a high school student who loves the radio and belongs the broadcasting club. When he is told by the teacher that the club must be disbanded he manages to negotiate and is granted a four month grace period before the club is to be abolished. Meanwhile, a trivial quarrel between Hiroya and his classmate Ooga Kenta ends up being broadcasted by accident, which in turn creates a petite buzz throughout the school and leads to the two working together on the school’s lunchtime radio show.

Suzuki's a high school girl in love, but the guy she's fallen for is nothing like her! While she's cheerful, outgoing, and always trying to fit in, her classmate Yusuke Tani is stoic, quiet, and doesn't seem to care what people think of him. Will Suzuki be able to overcome her anxieties and ask him out, or will she discover that opposites really don't attract?

Tokiko’s mother died 20 years ago and her father Tetsuya is now in his 70's. Her father has a free spirit and is cute. Tokiko is in her mid 40's and still single. She has a strong personality. In their past, Tokiko and Tetsuya did not have a good relationship. It got so bad that they almost ended their relationship, but now they occasionally meet. They go out to eat together and have conversations. Tokiko decides to publish an essay about her father Tetsuya. To collect information for her essay, she meets Tetsuya and listens to various stories, but it's not just pleasant memories.

Hitori Gekidan gets off a crew bus, assuming he will participate in a travel program. He overhears people in the monitoring room announce the beginning of the "24 Hour Kiss Pressure Game." He is then assaulted by attractive actresses pleading for a kiss as well as deadly mercenaries and zombies attempting to kidnap him. Soon he grasps his character and situation. He is Shogo Kawashima aka The Desert Reaper and he is on the run with Aoi Tsukasa (Aoi Tsukasa). For unknown reasons, the Red Shadow, who raised him, wants him back.

A popular high school student, who is good at sports and studies, must suppress kissing for 24 hours.

Entertainment show hosted by the comedy trio TOKYO03, based on the concept of "more freedom" and "more playfulness," brings together various individuals who excel in the fields of comedy, music, idol culture, and voice acting. The event is making a comeback after five years as a 2-day performance at the Nihon Budokan.
