It is the story of girl Raina. Her mother is died when she was young and she is raised by her single father and grand-mother. Raina after the completion of studies, doesn't want to get married. As a result of pressure from her family, she keeps some not so easy conditions for the marriage. The family arranged her appointment with Zaid, a well settled guy, whose mother is divorced. Both liked each other. The family settled the relation. After a series of consequences, it appears that marriage is fixed among their single parents Kabir and Mehar and not their childrens.

This is the story of betrayal disguised in friendship; Shafaq & Anji are childhood friends. To Shafaq their friendship means everything to her but to Anji it is an option for her to get hands to better life. Anji understands that Shafaq has a better lifestyle & she can have access to all these things if she remains in Shafaq’s life. After sometime Shafaq will be married to Azar who is from Lahore & right after their wedding she will shift to her home in Lahore. Two friends will reconnect as they are in the same city however when they meet Anji is jealous of Shafaq’s new life so much so that she will try to end Shafaq’s marriage.

The story proceeds focusing on Esha (Sumbul Iqbal) as a successful working woman married to her co-worker Arsal (Ali Kazmi) who happens to be her subordinate and insecure of her escalating career relative to his dampening profile both in the office and the family. Esha's sister, Zonia (Sukaina Khan), turn the tables when she embarks on an illicit relationship with Arsal eventually ending up getting herself married to him leaving Esha at verge of a heart-wrenching divorce as both families hit a low and when all the blood relations turn cold, Esha's mother (Ismat Zaidi), makes a will to her before passing on to get married to Arsal's younger brother Zaid (Imran Ashraf) who secretly loves her.

Some paths are not chosen, they are lived. Rahguzar explores the delicate nature of relationships, where emotions collide with ego and silence becomes louder than words. When bonds are fragile, every decision matters. A single moment can reshape lives, turning love into distance and understanding into regret.
