Edik and his wife Alla, three children and his son's girlfriend Dasha are going to Minsk so that their youngest daughter Varya can participate in a folk song contest. An adventurous journey will throw them unexpected meetings, including with the dreamer mom of the runaway Dasha. And the unforgettable problems will be added by Edik's brother, who is hiding from the criminal boss and his not-so-smart subordinates.

Pavel has passionately fallen in love with 18-year-old Katya, a daughter of the horse stable owner, where he works as a vet. He constantly comes up with different ways to attract Katya's attention. However, his plans are shuttered by Alexei, whom Katya has found seriously wounded and in need of medical aid at the road side. Alexei's coming disrupts the usual course of life of the farm's inhabitants. Katya, a strange and extraordinary girl, falls in love with Alexei, who is seeking to escape from this queer place. Meanwhile, Katya's mother, Irina, is torn between her daughter and her love for Pavel. Passion, jealousy and hatred become intertwined in this love square.

The action takes place in the Leningrad Region on the territory of a naval camp located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, where young men from all over the country came to take entrance exams and undergo a young fighter course to fulfill their dream of becoming naval sailors. Fate will test their friendship with first love and unexpected betrayal. But despite everything, the heroes will always make decisions guided by humanity, self-esteem and nobility.
