Pityke

Gusztáv, also known as Gustavus, was Hungarian series of animated short cartoons for adults. It was extremely popular in Eastern Europe, where it has achieved cult status. It ran from 1964-1977. Each episode tells an adventure of the main character, Gustav, related to the gray realities of urban life. Characteristic feature of the show was that episodes were independent: for example, Gustav is sometimes a bachelor, sometimes has large family. In Eastern Europe and Yugoslavia the episodes were broadcast on TV in the 80s, usually as airtime filler. The series was also broadcast in Western Europe and even in New Zealand - because it was not using language, other than gibberish sound, it was able to easily transcend boundaries.

Pityke is a Hungarian animation about Hungarian police and funny crime stories for children and the young.

In the year 80 AMM (After Mickey Mouse) on the anthropomorphic animal-controlled Planet X, a party of mafioso cats plot to enact a genocide against the mouse population of the world. Mouse scientist Professor Fushimishi seems to have found the weapon against the threat to his people's lives and calls Intermouse, who then call its best (albeit retired) agent, Nick Grabowsky, to get the plans, and as a distraction, they send a second agent - Sergeant Lazy Dick - for the mission.

Short film to a song of love lost and rediscovered, a woman sees and undergoes surreal transformations. Her lover's face melts off, she dons a dress from the shadow of a bell and becomes a dandelion, ants crawl out of a hand and become Frenchmen riding bicycles. Not to mention the turtles with faces on their backs that collide to form a ballerina, or the bizarre baseball game.

The cartoon series stars Sergeant Dandy, who solves crimes, catches crooks, burglars and thieves like a determined policeman. With our heroes, you can take part in the discovery of a cave, the capture of a bank robber, the chase of a dangerous conman who deceives people in various costumes and masks, but he can't catch Dandelion. If you watch the series, you'll find out how different manoeuvres can be used to keep children from jumping off the top of a crane. The series also has adventures for the summer, for beachgoers whose clothes have been stolen by a thief and which are of course recovered with the help of our protagonist. And in the episode "Dandy's Day Off", the series draws attention to the dangers of hiring hitchhikers.

Obelix falls for a new arrival in his home village in Gaul, but is heartbroken when her true love arrives to visit her. Due to an unfortunate accident involving Obelix throwing a menhir, Getafix the druid not only loses his memory, but goes completely mad. Now deprived of the wisdom of their beloved druid and the protection provided by his magic potion, the Armorican village falls prey to a proclaimed soothsayer who comes with ominous predictions and overweening ambitions. It's up to Asterix to keep his villager friends within reason and hopefully get Getafix to remember the magic potion's recipe before the impending Roman attack.
