Three teenagers attempt to commit suicide and fail. When they wake up in the hospital, they learn they have acquired mysterious superpowers. These abilities are usually passed down through generations of heroes, and are something that only allies of justice can possess… But the directionless trio, who feel there is no place for them in this world, choose to use these powers for evil in order to destroy the world.

Sachiko Sasaki works as a literary magazine editor. She is well respected by her colleagues due to her perfectionist ways. On Sachiko Sasaki's wedding day, her boyfriend Shungo disappears. Sachiko Sasaki is dumbfounded by her boyfriend's disappearance. The next day, Sachiko Sasaki goes to work, but she can't stop thinking about Shungo. Snack bar owner and her regular patron tell 11 different stories about the worst day in the lives of people in their neighborhood of Shimokitazawa, Tokyo. One of those instances involve a Tokyo politician being kidnapped during an S&M session. ~~ 11 screenwriters contribute 11 different stories with different casts under the theme of “The worst day of their life.”

Rugawa is a mysterious beauty who runs a video streaming channel called Joker and rakes in money through videos posted on the site. She talks Yanagi, a middle-aged man who has been laid off and in financial difficulties, into joining her. He finds himself becoming her accomplice in video production. Joker distributes videos which infiltrate troubles that border on crimes. These include as the realities of idols who play the pure and innocent type, scams involving phone calls targeting old women who are easily deceived, and “sakura business” based on matchmaking apps. Many viewers get excited by the clever traps that Rugawa lays. She has no reservations about exposing her subjects as if she is the voice of netizens. What is her motive?
