Movie is about a retired master thief Keluvashan and his dearest disciple Kallan Benny. Once a young man came to see Keluvashan and expressed his wish to study the tricks and secrets of theft.

Pavithran (Jayasurya) is a story writer for the stage plays of Jayabharathy Theaters. Pavithran is also known as 'Shakespeare' because he of his writing abilities. Kottayam Gopalan (Kalabhavan Mani), who runs Jayabharathy Theaters, likes him because all his scripts are super hit and always earn him awards. Once Gopalan makes Pavithran go to a remote village to write a play based on the life of the villagers there. Pavithran comes across Alli, a young country girl who is having a debtful life. Alli impresses him as a character and he sets out seeking to know her story.

Prakashan, a young man, has loved Ammukutty since he was a child, but faces rejection from her. To add to his problems, Suku, a sadist, competes with him to win Ammukutty's affection.

Sumangala, a young girl from Valayapatti village in Tamil Nadu, seeking refuge in Kuriachira in Thrissur, Kerala along with her folks after a factory completely exploited the water sources in her village.

Last Bench is a 2012 Indian Malayalam drama film, directed by Jiju Asokan and produced by T B Raghuanthan. The film stars Mahesh, Jyothi Krishna, Sukanya and Chinchu Mohan in lead roles. The film had musical score by Mohan Sithara and Vishnu Sarath.
