An animated interpretation of the poem "The Dead" By Sophia de Mello Breyner. This adaptation follows the perpetual cycle of the immaterial abyss, the faceless human remains, walking hungry for our bodies, wanting to taste once more the true essence of life.

A Bird spies the pain of the world, silenced by the sphere in which it confines itself. After a tempting debate with his own reflection, the bird conquers the skies, judging himself free at last. But would that freedom be free? Or an even bigger cage?
