After the unfortunate events they experienced, Çeto and Sülo took refuge in Cyprus and built a new life for themselves. The final film in the Phobia Trilogy follows Selim, who suffers from psychological issues due to parental trauma he experienced in his childhood, as he continues his routine life but finds himself caught up in unexpected events when his phobias are triggered during a journey.
