'Shrimati' is the story of a middle class, conservative housewife, who falls prey to society's glitz and glamour and in the bargain, loses her own identity. For it is not about the length or texture of your hair or how perfect your bumps are, but about the kind of person you are and the number of people who love you solely for your nature. She finally gains confidence and self-respect in her own skin and gets ready to take on the world with new vigor and a new "her".
