The plot revolves around the early days of Islam. When Prophet Muhammed gets his first revelation, the slaves are the first to believe him. Mecca’s notable residents torture the Muslim slaves to force them into giving up their beliefs. Ebu Cehil’s daughter, Zehra, is also one of these Muslims. Zehra’s beloved, Mesut, takes her to the quarry along with the slaves to be tortured. But through Zehra’s efforts, Mesut also converts to Islam. Mesut will be of great service, both when the Muslim populace migrates to Medina and when they start to face battles.

Nazan, tired of Haldun, is having a secret affair with Memduh. Nazan dies in a traffic accident while trying to escape to Europe with Memduh. On the same day, Haldun mistakes Gamze for Nazan when he sees her. Gamze tries to explain the truth, but Haldun refuses to listen to her. Years later, they have a baby named Harun. Meanwhile, Memduh has returned from Europe and, mistaking Gamze for Nazan, has set out to find her. Gamze, trying to save her family, agrees to meet with Memduh to explain everything. When Haldun enters the room during the meeting, he misunderstands everything.

During World War II, Germany aims to conquer Turkey with an operation which is Ankara Express. German spy Hilda and Turkish major Seyfi engage in a dangerous relationship while they work for the Ankara Express operation.

The film tells the story of Murat and Helga, Turkish agents fighting against German spies during World War II. Helga's father, Alex, is a German spy who hates Turkey. Helga, who was born and raised in Turkey, does not share her father's views. After Alex's death, Murat, acting on orders from Turkish intelligence, is tasked with enlisting Helga to uncover the Germans' plans regarding Turkey. Helga is to marry Hans, who has taken Alex's place, thereby enabling her to learn the Germans' plans. The love between Helga and Murat will complicate this mission.

Osman, who opposes his father for the woman he loves, starts preparations for marriage with Sükran. Meanwhile, Sükran learns a great secret about her mother, and is abandoned by Osman when the secret is revealed.
