Wild Urge

A young IDF soldier critically injured during a Gaza military operation clings to life while his family maintains a bedside vigil. During the long wait, family, friends, doctors, and therapists struggle to temper expectations and cope with the strain of the situation that sees moments of heartbreak, humor, and hope.

The time: 1970, the end of the War of Attrition. Mossi, Arah'le, Margo, Zvillich, Kobi, Naomi and Shosh – the protagonists of Late Summer Blues – live out their last summer vacation at the beach, in the streets, and on the rooftops of Tel Aviv, throwing caution to the wind as if there were no tomorrow, as if they were going to die tomorrow.

A young, idealistic female Israeli military investigator confronts an elite commander with accusations of unnecessary violence in the Occupied Territories. Her integrity and determination are put to the test as the case proves less black-and-white than it originally seemed.

An utopian road film in which two young friends leave Tel Aviv and embark on a backpacking trip through the neighboring state of Palestine, about five years after it has gained independence. Upon their arrival they are greeted with love and smiles by children holding balloons, but they soon discover that the young nation is dealing with some growing pains.
